iTutor Educator Recruitment Team
Carol joined iTutor in December 2021 as the Educator Success Advisor. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources and went on to complete a Master’s of Education in Curriculum & Instruction: College Student Affairs. Carol worked in higher education for two years before transitioning to recruitment and operations. Carol manages the application system for all educator applications as well as creates processes for more efficient operations.
Chassidy is a graduate of Lamar University with a BS in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Couple Counseling. Chassidy has a background in management, medical sales, academic mentorship, and customer service. She began her career with iTutor in August 2021. Chassidy’s current title is a Recruitment Specialist. Her main role is to co-lead in recruitment strategies to increase the educator talent pool. She facilitates virtual engagement events for iTutor’s internal and external stakeholders.
Laura joined iTutor in 2021 and is one of the initial members of the Educator Recruitment Team. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations. She completed her undergraduate degree at Salisbury University and her Master’s in Education at Hunter College. Laura currently holds several NYS teaching certifications and spent 14 years teaching students in a variety of settings before coming to iTutor.
A graduate of Franklin University, Marneé has over 10 years of comprehensive experiences that include leading enrollment, recruitment, and community outreach initiatives. He has been effective at coaching teams to achieve ambitious goals and developing external partnerships to support their missions and goals.
Pamela has worked at higher education institutions along the East Coast for fourteen years. She predominately worked within Residence Life, implementing residential curriculums with first-year and upper-class students. In addition, she taught first-year seminar courses and resident assistant training courses. Pam has an M.Ed. from Penn State University in Curriculum & Instruction and a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling from the College of NJ. She began working with iTutor in January 2022.
